help you and give you further explanation on the task.

ANSWER:
1. Opinion:
Food at the bottom of the pyramid should be taken in relatively greater portions than food on top. At the bottom of the pyramid is “rice and alternatives”.
Depending Opinion:
Examples of this are: rice noodles, pasta, bread and potatoes. These food give our body the energy it needs for the day. Whole grain alternatives such as wholemeal bread, brown rice, noodles and oats are healthier choices. As they have more fiber, vitamins and minerals. Next on the pyramid are fruits and vegetables. They are rich in vitamins, minerals, and ibre. Have 2 serving of fruits and vegetables everyday. Example of 1 serving of fruits are: one small apple, orange, or pear. One wedge of pineapple, papaya, or watermelon, 10 grapes or longan, or one medium size banana.
Examples of one serving of vegetables are: ¾ cup of uncooked leafy or non-leafy vegetables,¼ plate of cooked vegetables.
2. Opinion:
Choose only lean meats, and remove any fats.
Depending Opinion:
White meats such as chicken and fish are healthier choices than red meats like beef and mutton. Have about 2-3 servings of this group a day. Examples of one serving are: 1 palm sized piece of ish/ skinless chicken/ lean meat. Two small blocks of beancurd. ¾ cups of peas or beans. 2 slices of low fat cheese. 2 glasses of low fat milk.
